All were in favor. Absent: <br />Council member Loo. <br />RESOLUTION No. 51, SERIES 2013 — A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR <br />RETAIL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council take no further action on Resolution <br />No. 51, Series 2013, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: <br />Council member Loo. <br />City Attorney Light stated the City staff will prepare packet information on a moratorium <br />for Council discussion /direction /action at a future City Council meeting or study session. <br />ORDINANCE No. 1645, SERIES 2013 — AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE <br />MAXIMUM FINES FOR MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS AND AMENDING <br />OTHER PROVISION OF THE MUNCIPAL CODE CONCERNING SEXUALLY <br />ORIENTED BUSINESSES, ARSON, CONTEMPT, SPEEDING AND BICYCLE <br />VIOLATIONS — Public Hearing <br />Mayor Muckle requested a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1645, Series 2013. <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />City Clerk Varra explained the legislators passed H.B. 13 -1060, which increases the <br />maximum allowable fines municipal courts may impose from $1,000 to $2,650. <br />Ordinance No. 1645, Series 2013 amends the Louisville Municipal Code to raise the <br />maximum level fines for the Louisville Municipal Court. In all likelihood the Court would <br />not impose fines in the amount of $2,650, however Judge Joss feel it would serve as a <br />
