All Commissioners were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that this is the first site specific Final PUD that the Commission has seen for <br />the Park at CTC. The subdivision and overall Final PUD has been approved as have the <br />construction plans for Phase I public improvements.
