<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />McAvinew supports the changes to the conditions as stated by Lipton. <br /> <br />Pritchard does not support the request. He is concerned about the 17 that voted against the <br />proposal and what the rest of Louisville will want to amend in their PUD. <br /> <br />Robson supports the changes as presented by Lipton. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Lipton called for a motion. <br /> <br />Kalish moved that Resolution No.6, Series 2003 be approved with the following changes to the <br />conditions: 1) cross out condition on #3. 2) add a condition that limits the square footage to 180 <br />SF and 3) add a condition that adds item #7.a, b, c, and d to the PUD notes. <br />McAvinew seconded. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton, Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Debra Kalish, Yes, Bill McDermott, No; Chris Pritchard, <br />No; and Scott Robson, Yes. Susan Loo was not in attendance. <br /> <br />Motion passed 4 to 2. <br /> <br />Lipton declared a 5-minute recess. <br /> <br />Lipton called the meeting back to order at 8:00 pm. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 7, Series 2003, Village Shops at Colony Square, <br />an amended final <br />planned unit development (PUD) to permit the use of corporate logo signs, permit the <br />change of color for signs with exposure to McCaslin Blvd, and to permit the tower at <br />the SE corner of the center to be lighted and to function as a monument sign, Lots 1, <br />2, 3, & 4, Colony Square Subdivision. Case #02-027-FP <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant: Bill Wildberger, Tokyo Joes <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />Lipton asked the Commissioners to disclosure conflicts of interest. None heard. <br /> <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Lipton requested Staff public notice verification. Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner and case <br />manager stated that full public notice was published in the Boulder Daily Camera on December <br />29, 2002 for the January 14, 2003 Planning Commission meeting and posted in City Hall and <br />mailed to the adjacent property owners on December 27, 2002. The hearing was continued at the <br />request of the Applicant and Staff at the January, February and March meetings.
