<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />Additional questions by Commission to Staff and Applicant: <br />Lipton asks for any additional questions of Staff and Applicant. <br /> <br />McDermott: No questions at this time. <br /> <br />Kalish asked if the change were made to include all the lots would Reis want to take it back to the <br />HOA. <br />Reis replied that he would take it back to the HOA because that is not want had been presented to <br />the homeowners. <br /> <br />Lipton: No questions at this time. <br /> <br />McAvinew: No questions at this time. <br /> <br />Pritchard: No questions at this time. <br /> <br />Robson asked how Reis or the HOA determined the available back yard space on each of the <br />effected lots. <br />Reis stated that the HOA requested and paid for a copy of each of the ILC from the City. <br /> <br />McDermott asked if the ACC operates under specific guidelines and how will this change those <br />guidelines. <br />Reis stated that the Covenants and the PUD established the ACC and there are specific design <br />guidelines that they follow. If any changes to those guidelines are made it requires a Resolution <br />presented to the HOA, voted by the HOA members and approved by the majority of the HOA <br />members. The Covenants require the HOA member approval for any changes to those <br />Covenants. <br /> <br />Kalish requested a clarification to item #7.d on the Arbor Design. <br />Reis referenced the included pictures. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />Lipton closed the public hearing and requested Commission comments. <br /> <br />McDermott: No comments. <br /> <br />Kalish stated that she appreciates all the work that the HOA has done for this application. She <br />would be supportative of the requested change if it were for all the lots in the subdivision. <br /> <br />Lipton favors the request but would also support the change for the entire subdivision. He <br />suggested the following changes to the wording of the conditions: <br /> <br />1)be more specific – use the word “ No all-weather roof material. <br /> <br />2)Limit the deck to 180 square feet in area. <br /> <br />3)Apply to all lots. <br /> <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />
