<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />Kalish opposes the lit tower, favors the other changes and feels that the real issue is the building <br />location and not signage therefore does not support the request. <br /> <br />McDermott supports the project including the lighting of the tower. Also supports the idea that <br />the Commission and Staff look at the CDDSG signage requirements. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Lipton called for a motion. <br /> <br />McAvinew moved the approval of the request as presented by Staff. Seconded by McDermott. <br /> <br />Motion discussed by Commissioners. Friendly amendment suggested by Lipton to eliminate the <br />lit tower portion. Friendly amendment not accepted. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton, Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Debra Kalish, No; Bill McDermott, Yes; Chris Pritchard, <br />No; and Scott Robson, Yes.
