Ember Brignull
Subject:
Attachments:
FW: OSAB Questions
C GDP.PDF; Public Service CO 0- 18- 14.pdf
From: Allan Gill
Sent: Tuesday, October 21, 2014 4:48 PM
To: Ember Brignull
Subject: RE: OSAB Questions
Ember,
A quick update on the Aikonis property and the Public Service natural gas pipeline, fee! free to share with OSAB for
information purposes only.
1 checked with Sean regarding the Alkonis property and he mentioned that the applicant submitted a general
development plan and annexation map (attached). The GDP establishes zoning, uses and the road pattern. 1 am not sure
when the applicant will be submitting a PUD. Just a reminder, this is still very early in the process and many things will
need to be worked out during the development review process.
With regard to the natural gas pipeline, l have attached the memo I sent to Planning where 1 am also asking about proof
of easement, schedule etc. So far there has been no response.
For trails it is good OSAB is excited however, speaking to them in February may be rushing things as we don't have a trail
CIP for 2015 or approved funding. We could provide OSAB with 'ball park' square foot costs but they will change over
time and not take into account site conditions such as grading or other variables. Our best value for construction may be
to construct two or three trail segments at one time one time or concurrently once we have the CIP in place and funding
approved.
Thanks
Allan Gill, R!A
Parks Project Manager
P- 303 - 335 -4736
F- 303 - 335 -4724
Alla nG @Iouisvilleco.gov
fit.
Louis
