children and the youth fees, maybe we can
look at those fees a little closer. I also
agree that 55 is a good age for seniors.
Carnival moved to use the rates that
Baysinger has presented with the correction
that the youth be changed to $13.00 a month
for the annual pass, that the age for seniors
be 55 and that the non-resident not be
charged an additional fee for the use of the
facility, that the charge for the card be
$5.00 more than the in city card and that the
punch card accommodate additional fees,
seconded by Sackett. By Roll Call Vote,
motion passed 5-2 with Davidson and Szymanski
voting no.
Sackett asked to be excused from the next agenda item due to a
conflict of interest.
RESOLUTION #17, SERIES 1990, FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT (REPEAT)
HEALTH PARK SUBDIVISION FILING #4
Read by title only, Resolution #17, Series
1990, "A Resolution approving Health Park
Subdivision filing no. 4 (replat)."
Franklin stated this item was tabled to this
meeting for consideration, we did have a
work session which included discussion of the
Avista Water Line Recovery. At that meeting
I told council that Alan Beezley,
representing Avista Hospital, and I would get
together and negotiate a settlement before
this meeting or this issue would not be on
the agenda. We were unable to complete our
work, however, we are still talking.
Alan Beezley, representing Avista Hospital,
stated they have been passing information
back and forth regarding the reimbursement on
the water line issue, but have not completed
that process. We would request, however,
that the council go toward and approve the
replat for filing no. 4.
Davidson moved and Hornbostel seconded to
table this issue until the May 15, 1990
meeting. Motion passed 4-2.
Beezley asked council why this was tabled
again.
Williams stated that council does not have to
put that on the record if they so chose.
8
