ORDINANCE #982, SERIES 1989 - DRONICK RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION - 2ND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #982, Series 1989, <br />"An Ordinance vacating a portion of an alley <br />located in Kimberly Subdivision." Proof of <br />publication and notice of public hearing were <br />established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Franklin explained that tonight is the continued <br />public hearing on the right-of-way vacation <br />requested by Robert C. Dronick to vacate a 10' <br />wide alley right-of-way located north of their <br />property in Block 1, Kimberly Subdivision. All <br />documents have been submitted and are in order. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there were any public <br />comments either in favor of or in opposition to <br />Ordinance #982. None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing. <br />Anderson moved and Mohr seconded to adopt <br />Ordinance #982, Series 1989. By Roll Call <br />vote the motion passed 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE #984, SERIES 1989 - PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FRANCHISE AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT - 2ND READING, <br />?UBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #984, Series 1989, <br />"An Ordinance amending Ordinance #544 concerning <br />the Franchise granted to Public Service Company of <br />Colorado." Proof of publication and notice of <br />public hearing were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Stahl explained that he is recommending this <br />Ordinance be tabled indefinitely and a new one <br />presented as there is being prepared by Public <br />Service a new Ordinance with updates and changes <br />to be considered by Council. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any public comments either <br />in favor of or in opposition to this Ordinance. <br />None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called <br />for a motion. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to table <br />Ordinance #984 Series 1989.
