Sisk wanted to make sure the owners were aware of the needed sidewalk improvements. He wanted <br />to know the exterior colors. <br /> <br />Wood stated that staffwould develop the master sidewalk plan. Stafffelt that the applicant's should <br />submit the exterior colors they will be using. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 64, Series 1995, with the two conditions and adding <br />a third condition that the color of the building and the graphic band be determined in advance, before <br />any signing by the City Planning staff and the applicant to a mutually agreeable color. Seconded by <br />Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Keany being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65, SERIES 1995 - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE COLORADO INTERGOVERNMENTAL RISK SHARING AGENCY <br /> <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer, stated that staff recommended that Council adopt the <br />Intergovernmental Agreement so the City can join CIRSA for a $30,000 savings on their Workman's <br />Compensation Insurance. He pointed out that CIRSA has top quality safety and risk programs. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Sisk wanted to make sure the quality of insurance would be the same or better. <br /> <br />Blankenship assured Sisk it was. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 65, Series 1995. Seconded by Howard. Roll call <br />was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Keany being absent. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION - HOME DEPOT - OFF-SITE LANDSCAPING PLAN <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the plan reflected approximately 158 trees, with 53% being <br />deciduous trees, with the balance being 8' to 10' high evergreen trees. The applicant would install <br />four additional stone retaining walls. The landscaping will be irrigated. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Jim Reilly, landscape architect with Nolte & Associates, stated that they are proposing to put Buffalo <br />Grass as ground cover. <br /> <br />Jim Le May, Nolte & Associates, was there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions or comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
