Howard was not in favor of voting on this now without enough information for Council to see, if there's a deal that can be put together. He suggested that this be put aside until such time that Garrity Oil Company comes before Council with a solution to the ballfield problem and getting their pipeline approved. Sisk moved that Council schedule this for a Work Session to discuss the concerns. Seconded by Howard. Davidson: Siple: Davidson: What would be the effect of the delay on you (Siple)? Right now, we have three wells awaiting hookup and we have one well being drilled at this time. Depending on the length of delay, there are definitely revenues that are being lost. The shortest delay would be to table this until next meeting and have it at a Work Session in between. Sisk: Howard, Seconder, agreed. It's not my position to cause economic deprivation to Garrity Oil. I want to trust you, but I guess I need to hear that from Mr. Garrity. I would be happy, if we had time to suggest that we schedule it, Annette, next Wednesday night? That's my motion, that it be scheduled for June 9 and table it until then.
