Davidson called for Council comments or questions. Howard moved that Council adopt Resolution No. 23, Series 1993, Morrison/Bellock annexation. Seconded by Sisk. Mayer offered a friendly amendment that Council requests staff to make the same investigations as to an annexation agreement per the previous annexation request. Howard accepted that. Seconder, Sisk, accepted that. Lathrop wasn't familiar with the annexation impact report. Wood: It ' s a report that does not necessarily .... There are some guidelines in terms of impacts on school districts, taxation districts, traffic generation, environmental impacts, that needed to be cited within the report. It's not an extensive report. We do have an annexation impact outline within the annexation application packets. We ask the applicant to work with staff to address that requirement. It's required by State Statute that when we notify the taxation districts of the Public Hearing that we enclose that impact report. That would go to the School District, Fire District, County Attorney, County Commissioners. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. ORDINANCE NO. 1112, SERIES 1993 -ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVITWm, COLORADO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY - MORRISON - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 7/20/93 Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1112, Series 1993, "An ordinance approving the annexation of territory, to be known as the Morrison annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." Howard moved that Council, subject to the same constraints as the prior 5D2 (Ordinance No. 1110, Series 1993), place Ordinance No. 1112, Series 1993, out for publication and set a Public Hearing for July 20, 1993.
