TIMES 6/2/93) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1108, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance to change Ward boundaries for the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, to conform to constitutional apportionment requirements." <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that Ordinance No. 1108 is <br />intended to reflect the decision that Council had made on Ward <br />boundaries at the last Council meeting. She pointed out that the <br />copy of the ordinance that Council had before them had been <br />modified. Specifically, the legal descriptions in Sections 1 and <br />3 had been revised subsequent to 1st Reading to more accurately <br />reflect the Ward boundary lines that Council had approved at the <br />last Council meeting. She stated that if Council approves this <br />copy of Ordinance No. 1108, the entire ordinance will be <br />republished in full after 2nd Reading. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing asking if there was anyone in <br />the audience who wished to speak on Ordinance No. 1108. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
