Howard wondered if there was any way to differentiate between the fixed income population vs. the working population. Kater: Just on question No. 6. added up to 11.3% responding. The seniors of those Howard stated that there is no way of knowing of the 11.3% of the respondents, what percentage were complaining about the pricing. Kater: We can run back and do some cross tabs on that. What the survey did at the front end was set it up into specific populations. It would be quick and very easy to do , to run breakdowns of those households that were senior citizens, those that are pre-school, junior high people. Howard: I think I'd like to go further and find out that, if in particular, there are segments of our population that are harder hit than others for cable service. Kater: Do you want me to take what the households are made up of, who actually lives in the household, as the population? Anything other than price? Howard stated that the only other thing that he would be concerned about would be the upgrade on technology and what that actually means. Davidson called for any other Council questions on the survey. NONE Davidson called for public comments. Susan DeSalvo, 278 Jackson Circle, Louisville, Colorado, stated that she had been involved with public access on Scripps Howard a little over two years. She commented that among the community service programs they had done were political specials, including candidate and amendment debates, commentary, and analysis. They provided live election coverage of the 1992 election, with an emphasis on the local races. They provided the only local live New Year's Eve show. They do things for the Coal Creek Community Theatre and other local community groups like promo spots, etc. She has been doing the P.M.
