Zukaitis <br />known as the Zukaitis annexation." <br /> <br />Davidson: <br /> <br />As I view this, 15' to 20' is a <br />driveway. I think it has too many <br />problems to try to build more than a <br />single house on it. It's a <br />driveway. It's not a street. It <br />has no room for sidewalks and no <br />room to meet the current city <br />standards. If it was being <br />considered with the other pieces of <br />land and it came in as a PUD, there <br />may be a way to resolve that. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1127, Series 1993, <br />amended, that was on the .667 acre parcel as RR and set the public <br />hearing for November 3, 1993.
