NONE

Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote.

Annette Brand, City Administrator, asked that Mr. Sheffield,
Centennial Heights West, be added to the Agenda at this point
before the Executive Session. '

Davidson asked Council if they objected.

Council did not object.

Davidson stated that Sheffield would be added as Agenda Item E4.

SHEFFIELD - PROPOSED PLAN FOR A RESOLUTION OF THEPROBLE~4WITHLOTS
10 & 11 - CENTENNIAL HEIGHTS WEST

Jim Sheffield, 6777 Wadsworth Boulevard, #301, Arvada, Colorado,
representing Centennial Heights West, Lots 10 and 11, stated that
he was concerned about the "stop orders" on Lot 10 and 11. He felt
that there had been some oversights and he proposed a solution. He
stated that it had been four weeks since the "stop orders" had been
issued, with no resolution. The solution he proposed was for some
landscaping along McCaslin Boulevard of some evergreen trees. He
had a drawing that suggested trees also in the back lots of these
homes, although he wasn't sure it was the best place, but felt it
could be worked out. The homes had been sold, with two of the
purchasers being at this meeting. He explained that they are
willing to plant an amount of trees that will help berm the
"walkouts" a little. The proposed some 12' evergreens with four to
six of these being spaced appropriately along the outlot area. He
stated that they proposed putting some in the portion that the city
now owns.

Howard wondered what the problem was that Sheffield was trying to
solve.

Sheffield:

Apparently, the Council passed a
motion that said no "walkouts" on
these two lots. But, the intent may
have been ranch style homes on these
lots. If I'm saying this
incorrectly, please correct me. The
motion passed with no "walkouts" on
these two lots. However, it didn't
get in the resolution. It didn't
get on the PUD. It didn't get on
the plat. No development agreement.
The Building Department never
received it, so building permits
have been issued. These buildings
are under construction at this time,

12
