Davidson:

You're asking for a total of 13
signs?

Duggan:

Right. You do have a contract for
the professional sign company or
there are 10 members on the
publication committee from the Home
Builders Association that are going
to be available to the police to
tell how well the professional sign
company is doing.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Howard and Lathrop commended them for their actions last year.

Davidson was concerned about the number of signs and he wanted that
number reduced.

Lathrop thought the signs were okay, as they exposed Louisville's
commercial area.

Davidson moved that Council approve the weekend signage request,
with the condition that staff examine it as to whether all of the
signs are necessary. If some of them could be reduced, they should
be reduced. Seconded by Howard. All in favor.

AUTHORIZATION FOR MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL
ALLENBAUGH PROPERTY

Annette Brand, City Administrator, explained that it is a standard
contract for buying and selling farm and ranch land. The Contract
incorporates the conditions that Council had talked about with Ms.
Allenbaugh at an earlier meeting. The price being $77,500.00. Ms.
Allenbaugh will be making a contribution to the city to bring that
price up to here selling price of $95,000.00 for tax break
purposes.

Tami Tanoue, acting City Attorney, suggested adding the words "to
accept a General Warranty Deed or a Special Warranty Deed for the
conveyance."

Sisk Wanted A General Warranty Deed.

Sisk moved that Council authorize Mayor Davidson to execute the
contract that has been provided, with the insertion on Paragraph 10
of "General Warranty Deed." Seconded by Lathrop. Roll call was
taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote.
