McGuire stated action on Ordinance #954 initiated the process of annex:ing the Brown property. Ordinance #955 proposes to zone this parcel R-E. Planning Commission reviewed this zoning and recommend Council approve this Ordinance with R-E zoning for the parcel. Mayor Fauson asked for any public comments either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #955. None. With no further comn-ents, Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. Anderson moved and Niayor Fauson seconded to adopt Ordinance #955, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, the motion passed 4-•0. ORDINANCE #956 - SERIES 1988 - AMENDMENTS TO MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 13 - WATER AND SEWER - PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #956, Series 1988, "An Ordinance amending Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning administration, billing and collection of charges applicable to water and sanitary sewerage services and amending the charge for bulk water sales." Proof of publication and notice of public hearing were certified by the City Clerk. Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. Asti-Caranci explained that staff was requesting that amendments to Z'itle 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code regarding the late fees assessed on delinquent water bills as well as bulk water charges be made. Council reviewed this request at their March 9th Work Session and this Ordinance addresses those areas of Title 13 affected by the amendments plus other amendments of a "house- cleaning" nature. Mayor Fauson asked j°or any public comments either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #956. None. With no further comments, Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. 4
