Levihn wanted trees on the open space on Outlot B and he didn't feel the City should subsidize the development. Lathrop asked Grolsch if he would commit to planting some trees on Outlot B. Grolsch was reluctant. Davidson called for further Council comments or a motion. Lathrop moved that Council adopt the final Subdivision Replat and ap~,rove Resolution No. 16, Series 1994, for Treehaven Subdivision with the Planning Commission's seven conditions. Seconded by Mayer. Davidson offered a friendly amendment that another condition be add.ed, Resolution No. 36, Series 1993, limits on growth apply. Lathrop accepted that, as did seconder, Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion failed by a 3 - 3 vote, with Davidson, Mayer, and Levihn voting against and Sisk being excused. Mayer asked if the shared driveway could be re-done. Gr¢,lsch stated that it would have to re-engineered. Howard asked for trees on Outlot B. Davidson pointed out that the expense goes up because a sprinkler sys.tem will be needed. Mayer moved that Council reconsider Resolution No. 16, Series 1994. Seconded by Levihn. All in favor. Mayer moved that Council adopt the final Subdivision Replat and ap~.rove Resolution No. 16, Series 1994, for Treehaven Subdivision with PlanningCommission's seven conditions. Seconded by Levihn. Roil call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 1 vote with Davidson voting against and Sisk being excused.
