When she began with the City of Louisville's Library they <br />were still hand charging books. It is all done by <br />computer now. <br /> <br />Mohr commented that the Library had come from way behind to way <br />ahead in Colorado, under her direction. <br /> <br />ORGANIZATION CITATION AWARD - MIDWEST REGION OF THE NATIONAL <br />RECREATION AND PARKS ASSOCIATION - KENT BLUMENTHAL <br /> <br />Kent Blumenthal, Western Regional Director for the National <br />Recreation and Parks Association, Colorado Springs, Colorado, read <br />and presented the 1994 Organization Citation Award to Bill Van <br />Orman on behalf of the Parks Master Plan Task Force, Keith Seifert, <br />Fil Bagwadia, Bill Staten, Kathy Judson, and the City of <br />Louisville. He stated that this award to the Parks Master Plan <br />Task Force is for outstanding service to the park, recreation, and <br />conservation movement. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - FORREST CASON - KIRKPATRICK, PETTIS, SMITH, POLIAN, <br />INC. - CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION <br /> <br />Forrest Cason, Kirkpatrick, Pettis, Smith, Polian, Inc., 1700 <br />Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado, presented a check for $500.00 <br />from their company as a charitable contribution to the Louisville <br />Senior Center. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF 1993 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - KIM HIGGINS, BONDI & <br />COMPANY; COUNCIL ACCEPTANCE OF 1993 AUDIT <br /> <br />Kim Higgins, Bondi & Company, presented the 1993 Audit Report and <br />Management Letter. She stated that the City received a "clean <br />opinion." The best rating that can be given. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any questions. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council accept the 1993 Audit. Seconded by Sisk. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE 1994 AUDIT CONTRACT - ENGAGEMENT LETTER WITH BONDI <br />& COMPANY <br /> <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Finance Director, stated that the Audit fee <br />for 1994 will be $16,900, the same fee as for 1993. <br /> <br />Davidson called for questions. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
