Sisk moved that Council authorize the renewal of Bondi & Company's <br />Contract for the 1994 Audit. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was <br />taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30, SERIES 1994, APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />REPLAT AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR NORWEST BANK <br /> <br />Lathrop asked to be excused because of a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Lathrop. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is to amend Lots 1 <br />and 3 of the Coal Train Square Subdivision to construct a 4,500 <br />s.f. facility for Norwest Bank. Overall height would be 21' and <br />there will be six drive-up lanes. The Planning commission held a <br />public hearing on May 10, 1994, and approved Resolution No. 20, <br />Series 1994, by a vote of 6 - 0 with four conditions of approval. <br />The applicant had agreed to comply with the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Jayne Veeder, Project Manager for Norwest Colorado, 1700 Broadway, <br />Denver, Colorado, was available to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Levihn wondered if the Hwy. 42 would be reshaped and re-elevated. <br /> <br />Veeder stated that it would be. <br /> <br />Howard felt the facility had been expanded. <br /> <br />Veeder stated that the building had only been moved to the north. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the Hwy. 42 access to be elongated to discourage <br />people from trying to cross to KMart. He wanted a landscape buffer <br />along Hwy. 42. <br /> <br />Barbara Soehngen, Norwest Properties, 1700 Broadway, Denver, <br />Colorado 80274, stated that the landscape architect recommended <br />that there be a dense hedge (6' to 8') to screen the car lights <br />lined up at the access. <br /> <br />Sisk wondered who would be owners of Lot 3. <br /> <br />Veeder did not know who had the contract on the land. <br /> <br />Sisk asked what commitment Norwest Bank had to Louisville, <br />regarding community involvement. <br /> <br />Vicky Schlegel, 6484 1-25 Frontage Road, Erie, Colorado, stated <br />that they planned to be very involved. Many of their customers <br />live in the Louisville/Superior/Lafayette/Rock Creek area. They <br /> <br /> <br />
