Coal Creek, gross revenue divided by
the number of rounds per each person
coming in; two, we have given you
records of other golf courses that
we have operated over the past six
years and how the additional revenue
has increased. Specifically, in
Omaha, Nebraska, where we did a
clubhouse expansion by "X" number of
feet and how the additional revenue
was increased.

Mayer:

My concern is what happens when the
service expansion fees, which are
currently being dedicated to the
Golf Course, which will cost
Louisville in the neighborhood of
$250,000.00, plus the certificates
of participation on the bonds are
increasing. How do you see between
1992 and 1993, Louisville's Golf
Course revenues going up by about
$250,000.00? The Clubhouse
expansion is only going to be
providing $35,000.00 of this. Where
does the rest of it come from?

Ott:

The $35,000.00 is the net profit
from the Clubhouse expansion. We
anticipate over $100,000.00 in
revenues.

Mayer:

Is that being figured into these
projections?

Ott:

In 1993 it is. We will complete the
expansion in the Fall/Winter of
1992.

Mayer:

I would like to revisit some of
these numbers, to me they don't
quite add up. I do feel we need to
go ahead with the expansion in order
to keep the City from going even
deeper into the General Fund.

Brand:

I would like to point out that there
is no General Fund in the operation
of the Golf Course. It is self-
supporting.

Mayer:

I am looking at two or three years

16
