City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 5, 2017 <br />Page 4 of 18 <br />Council member Maloney stated he was willing to move forward with some minor <br />changes to the RFP. He felt professionals should be doing the moving <br />Mr Leary didn't want to delay but wondered if the bid could be broken into sections He <br />felt the actual moving of the structures should be done by professionals. <br />Mayor Muckle moved to approve the request for proposals for moving and rehabilitation <br />of the miner's cabins with direction to staff to include volunteers as part of the scope of <br />work where appropriate and ask for itemized responses for moving cost versus <br />restoration cost. Council member Keany seconded with a minor alteration that the <br />volunteers be an add alternate instead of a required part of the RFP since it could <br />actually add cost for a contractor in terms of supervision of those volunteers Mayor <br />Muckle agreed Roll Call Vote. The property is zoned Planned Community Zone District — Industrial, and is <br />required to comply with the Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />(IDDSG). <br />Council saw parts of this application in 2016 which was the proposed freezer at the rear <br />of the building Since that time, the applicant determined connecting the two existing <br />buildings would be in their best interest, therefore necessitating a re -plat to remove the <br />lot line dividing the two properties and vacating two existing easements <br />
