The RFP's will be <br />reviewed by the City, the Downtown Business Association and the <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br />• February 27, 2008 - B~i-Annual Ethics Training for City Council and <br />Department Directors. <br />• March 7, 2008 - CDO~T has scheduled a meeting where discussions will <br />center on local transportation issues. <br />• Dillon Road -The City proposes to replace the railroad crossing. The <br />project budget is $3.6 million dollars however the projected cost is $4.8 <br />million dollars. Public \Norks staff are analyzing cost reduction and funding <br />options. The major co:>t is right-of-ways from seven land owners. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Councilors voted on paper ballots to fill the following vacancies. <br />Board of Adjustment (3 vacancies) Gerard Kelly, Horst Loeblich, and Jim Stuart <br />Building Code Board of Appeals (1 vacancy) Robert Van Pelt <br />Cultural Council (5 vacancies) Krystle Kelley, Andy Langford, Susan McNamara, <br />Lynn Wooton and Rebecca Lasica <br />Historic Preservation Commission (3 vacancies) Stephen Whiteman, Melanie <br />Muckle and Todd Menza. Councilor Muckle recused himself from the vote and <br />left the room and returned to the meeting after the vote. <br />Historical Commission (8 vacancies) Sean Moynihan, Anne Robinson, Sally <br />Burlingame, Dave Ferguson, Donald Ross, Dan Mellish, and Diane Marino. One <br />vacancy. <br />Resource Conservation Advi;>ory Board (3 vacancies) Victor Goldberg, Annie <br />Hughes and Ryan Hughes <br />Open Space Advisory (4 vacancies) Three-Year Terms: Kate LeMere, Spencer <br />Guthrie and Lawrence CrowlE;y. Two-Year Term: Aaron Grider <br />Housing Authority (1 vacancy) Five-Year Term: Robert Kelly <br />Planning Commission (3 vacancies) 1 -Four-year Term: Scott Russell, <br />2 -Two-year term: Cary Tengter and Chris Pritchard <br />
