City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 20, 2008 <br />Page 4 of 11 <br />City of Louisville Ordinance 1531, Series 2008 declaring the need for right-of-way <br />for the Dillon Road Project and authorizing the acquisition of right-of-way became <br />effective on May 6, 2008. <br />The Trillium Open Space is subject to reciprocal Deeds of Conservation <br />Easement in Gross from the City to the County and from the County to the City. <br />As such, an Amendment needs to be executed between Boulder County and the <br />City of Louisville to release the land acquired by the City from the Conservation <br />Easement. <br />The City of Louisville will pay Boulder County $26, 857.00 for the right-of-way <br />acquisition and $501.00 for the temporary construction easement, which will be <br />funded from the Dillon Road Project. <br />Mayor Sisk called for public comment and hearing none requested Council <br />comment. <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br />Mayor Sisk confirmed with Public Works Director Phare the $26,857.00 will go to <br />Boulder County Open Space. <br />MOTION <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella moved to approve Resolution No. 20, Series 2008, <br />seconded by Councilor Clabots. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by <br />a vote of 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION No. 21, SERIES 2008 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br />PUD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALLOW FOR A SECOND FLOOR <br />ADDITION TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 916 MAIN STREET <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br />Planning Director Wood explained the applicant/owner, Ronda Grassi, is <br />requesting final approval of a PlannE;d Unit Development (PUD) to allow for a <br />two-story renovation to the existing single story building. The subject property is <br />approximately 4, 770 square feet, or' .11 acres in area and houses one building <br />currently being used as commercial/'office space. The parcel to the north (920 <br />Main Street) is a multi-level commercial/office building. The proposal, if <br />approved, would result in more commercial/office square footage (approximately <br />655 square feet additional office space on the first floor and 3,630 square feet on <br />the second floor). This request would also result in the modification of the facade <br />of the building. <br />
