He voiced his appreciation of the open <br />communications between the City Manager, Staff and City Council. City <br />Manager Fleming voiced his concern over potential Staff burnout because of the <br />workload and with escalating demands for services when revenues are flat. <br />However, he was optimistic that with the great Management Team and City <br />Council, these concerns would be resolved. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED <br />The Mayor requested the City Council convene an executive session for the <br />purpose of annual performance review of City Manager (Louisville Code of <br />Ethics, Section 5-2 (b) CRS 24-6-402 (4) (f) -Authorized Topics). <br />
