Councilor Sackett asked City Manager Fleming what were his concerns and desires for the upcoming year. He voiced his appreciation of the open communications between the City Manager, Staff and City Council. City Manager Fleming voiced his concern over potential Staff burnout because of the workload and with escalating demands for services when revenues are flat. However, he was optimistic that with the great Management Team and City Council, these concerns would be resolved. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED The Mayor requested the City Council convene an executive session for the purpose of annual performance review of City Manager (Louisville Code of Ethics, Section 5-2 (b) CRS 24-6-402 (4) (f) -Authorized Topics).
