I <br />have provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The <br />application is complete, the State Liquor Authority has a master file for Ruby <br />Tuesday. The master file letter from the state is part of the application. Public <br />notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law.. <br />I am not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the <br />application. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
