MORRIS: Are there any Authority member disclosures? <br /> <br />None noted. <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as <br />the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the <br />current boundaries of the City of Louisville? If not, we will proceed with the <br />hearing. <br /> <br />None noted. <br /> <br />JEFFERS: <br /> <br />MORRIS: <br /> <br />The Authority Attorney has a few comments. <br /> <br />ROSS: <br /> <br />In considering the application filed by Ruby Tuesday, Inc./Ruby Tuesday, the <br />Authority is acting in a quasi-judicial capacity. The Authority's decision must be <br />based on the evidence presented to it at the hearing tonight and the legal <br />requirements set out in state laws.
