RESOLUTION NO. 2 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AND PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT TO COMBINE <br />AND REPLAT FOUR EXISTING PARCELS INTO 44 RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOME <br />LOTS AND OUTLOTS FOR A PRIVATE ROAD NETWORK, DRAINAGE AND <br />COMMON AREAS (LOTS 1A, 1B, AND 1C CLEMENTINE SUBDIVISION FILING NO. <br />2 AND LOT 2 CLEMENTINE SUBDIVISION) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 44 residential townhome lots on Lots la, 1 b and lc <br />Clementine Subdivision Filing No. 2 and Lot 2 Clementine Subdivision: and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, <br />subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on January 12, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated January 12, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Preliminary Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) and Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 44 residential townhome Tots <br />on Lots 1 a, 1 b and 1 c Clementine Subdivision Filing No. 2 and Lot 2 Clementine <br />Subdivision with the following condition: <br />1.
