A petition of signatures, which denote the needs of the neighborhood, was marked presented by the <br />applicant and as Exhibit #A, and added to the record. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers asked if there was any interested party in the audience who wished to speak in favor <br />of the application. - No comments were made. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers noted that the FBI fingerprinting card for the manager Jamal H. Qureshi, was not <br />traceable due to an insufficient pattern of the fingerprint. <br /> <br />The Secretary reported that the finge~'print card for CBI would be sent to FBI for clearance. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers closed the public hearing and called for member discussion and comments. <br /> <br />Lipton stated that she would like to see all employees receive liquor training as soon as possible. <br /> <br />New Liquor License Application - Avril Charley, d/b/a Druid Arms, New Tavern License - <br />809 Main Street. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers outlined the process for the benefit of the applicant. He explained that tonight the <br />Authority would set the boundaries for what is considered the neighborhood, and set a hearing date to <br />consider the full application. <br /> <br />Attorney Light stated that in the future, applications for new licenses not be submitted in the Authority <br />packet at the time of the setting of the neighborhood boundaries and hearing date. This will help prevent <br />any argument that members have pre-judged of the application prior to its finalization and the hearing. <br /> <br />Discussion/Direction - Corporate Report Changes - Albertson's Inc., d/b/a Albertson's <br />Food Center #812 - 910 West Cherry Street. <br /> <br />The Authority, reviewed the Corporate Report Changes for Albertson's Inc., cl/b/a Albertson's Food <br />Center #812 - 910 West Cherry Street, and will pass the report on to the State. <br /> <br /> <br />
