Thede, Ltd., d/b/a Pine Street <br />Junction Restaurant - Hotel & Restaurant License - 1006 Pine Street. <br /> <br />Upon review of the Corporate Report of Changes - S.T. Thede, Ltd., d/b/a Pine Street Junction <br />Restaurant - Hotel & Restaurant License - 1006 Pine Street, Authority members and Attorney Light <br />noted several items on the application were in error. On line 28 of the application, the number of shares <br />should reflect 500 shares and not 50.' Line 29 of the application does not have to be checked, as it relates <br />to a partnership. Also the documents submitted do not show that the 490 shares, held by William <br />Hymore, have been assigned back to the corporation. Attorney Light also noted that a manager for Pine <br />Street Junction has not been registered. These errors in the report changes will be discussed with the <br />applicant and amended prior to forwarding the application to the State. <br /> <br />Discussion/Direction - Corporate Report of Changes - Safeway Stores 45, Inc., d/b/a Safeway <br />Store #909 - 3.2% Beer License - 707 So. Boulder Road. <br /> <br />The Authority reviewed the Corporate Report Changes for Safeway Stores 45, Inc., d/b/a Safeway Store <br />#903 - 3.2. Beer License - 707 So. Boulder Road and will pass the report on to the State. <br /> <br />Discussion/Direction - Outback Denver - 1 LP, Outback Steakhouse of Florida, Inc., dfo/a <br />Outback Steakhouse - Master File with State of Colorado. <br /> <br />With regards to Outback Denver-1 LP, Outback Steakhouse of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Outback Stealdaouse- <br />Master File - State of Colorado, the information was reviewed by the Authority and placed in the file. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Disturbance at Pine Street Junction. <br /> <br />A disturbance occurred at Pine Street Junction on August 28, 1998, allegedly involving two patrons <br />concealing and removing alcohol from the establishment. According to Sergeant Riggins, the two <br />patrons have been uncooperative and police officers have been unable to serve summons on municipal <br />code violations, therefore police reports are not finalized. Chairperson Jeffers and the members of the <br />Authority voiced there concern about the incident, but at this time, no action was taken. <br /> <br />B. Incident at American Legion. <br /> <br />Sergeant Riggins stated that a police investigation of a suicide alleged that there may have been a <br />violation of the liquor code at the American Legion on August 7 or 8, 1998. The police reports alleged <br />the serving of an intoxicated person. <br /> <br />Kimmett excused himself from the discussion. <br /> <br />Sergeant Riggins then reviewed the finalized reports relative to the incident. According to reports the <br />decedent and another person may have been over served at the American Legion. The bartender was <br />charged in the municipal court, for serving an intoxicated person.
