Mr. Hosseini <br />responded there would not. <br />Carlson moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the <br />applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire <br />the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the <br />neighborhood, all City and state law requirements have been met and, based on <br />these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Hotel and <br />Restaurant liquor license for ZRC Operations Company, Inc. d/b/a Qdoba <br />Mexican Grill. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning -yes, Wilson -yes, <br />Carlson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes and Lipton -yes. <br />C. Public Hearing -New Tavern Liquor License -The Residences at <br />Balfour, LP d/b/a The Residences at Balfour - 1336 Hecla Drive <br />Rommelfanger opened the public hearing on the new license application. <br />Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the <br />Authority packet. Background checks revealed no criminal history and the <br />hearing had been posted and published in accordance with state law. <br />No objections were entered to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the city <br />limits of the City of Louisville. Rommelfanger moved the entire application as <br />contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the record of this hearing. <br />Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />Susan Juroe, 1331 Hecla Drive, Louisville, CO introduced herself to the Authority <br />and was given the oath. She reported this was phase two of the independent <br />living units at Balfour. The alcohol will not be a big focus, but is a nice feature <br />being offered the residents in the Lodge at Balfour, so the idea was to offer it at <br />the Residences as well. <br />Authority Member Wilson asked for clarification on where the liquor would be <br />stored.
