Copies of the application have been provided to each Authority member. The application is <br />complete, and fingerprint reports are already on file with state. Public notice of this heating has been <br />posted and published in accordance with state law. The Secretary stated she was not aware of any reason <br />that would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries <br />of the City of Louisville.
