All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of a memo from <br />Director of Community Services Hioco recom- <br />mending this outlot be named Tomeo Park. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded <br />that the outlot at 42 and Pine St. be named <br />Tomeo Park. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ccounilmembers had a copy of a memo from <br />Administrator Wurland a copy of the plans <br />and specs for the project. Recommendation <br />was that council authorize call for bids, <br />on October 20, 1983 and the bid to be awarded <br />at council's first meeting in November. <br />The estimated construction cost to be <br />$28,300.00 ! $700 additional for the Police <br />Dept. in the lounge. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cummings seconded <br />that authorization be given to call for bids <br />on the interior finish of City Hall to include <br />the petition in the lounge for the Police <br />Dept. in the estimated amount of $29,000.00 <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised that he would have <br />this information for council at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Advministrator Wurl commented that he discussed <br />this briefly with the County and wished to <br />obtain more information. Also advised that <br />he is meeting with the Lafayette City Manager <br />this week. Then a list of priorities will <br />be developed by both cities for the meeting <br />with the County and if this should happen <br />before the next council meeting he would <br />call the members. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the City Administrator's re- <br />port be accepted and placed on file. Question <br />called for. All in favor.
