Suggested that a.t the first meeting Council inform staff and the Planning Commission what information they desire, i. e. numbers, etc. Requested staff be provided with a list of the information they wished from staff. Mayor Meier stated since council generally agreed there would be no need for a motion to set the dates for the study sessions. April 7, 1983 study session to be held for council to give list of information they wished from the staff. April 25, 1973 study session to discuss the information as presented. Wished to make at final comment. This request was made 2 weeks ago at a council meeting through a motion, that we were going to provide the Plarming Commission direction before their next meeting, and since the 2 study sessions held when nothing was done toward resolving these issues, then Council all agreed that we would do it tonight. None. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance and Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only on second reading.and certified proper publication. Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- lication. Expressed concern about the impact the Eicher deannexation might have in terms of adjacent properties. There might be the possibility of other property owners viewing the same wisdom and the City would wind up with no open space between the cities of Lafayette and Louisville. The City of Lafayette's utilities are adjacent to the Santilli property
