He felt that we <br />really had a year.- did not favor the delay. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier then closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that Ordinance #785 - Eicher - <br />Disconnection be adopted. Roll call vote: <br />Fauson Yes <br />Ferrera Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Morris Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Cussen Yes <br />Leary Yes <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier called a recess. Meeting re- <br />convened at 10:10 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />on second reading. <br />Administrator Wurl requested the ordinance <br />be tabled until next meeting. <br />Nayor Meier moved, Councilman Cummings seconded <br />that Ordinance #787 - Tap Fee Changes be tabled <br />until the April 19th council meeting. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by <br />title only on first reading and the request <br />was for publication. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that Ordinance #788 - Memership <br />Planning Commission be published. <br /> <br />Wished to amend the ordinance to read if <br />the person is already on the Planning Commission, <br />prior to election to City Council, he does <br />not have to resign the post. He did not <br />favor City Council appointing their own members <br />to the Planning Commission, but if the person <br />was appointed prior to his election to Council <br />did not feel he should resign. <br />
