<br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />WALDO'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilman Heier <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />TONY'S PLACE - TRANSFER <br />OF OWNERSHIP - THE KOSHER <br />BURRITO <br /> <br />DOUG GOLDBERG <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />1/5/82 <br /> <br />Page -3- <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that the Tri-City <br />Elks Lodge liquor license be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cation was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Waldo's Liquor <br />License be renewed. Seconded by Councilman <br />Cummings. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Leesman regarding the <br />incident report for Waldo's noting most of <br />reporting was for the month of August. <br />Director Leesman advised there were no <br />reports prior to August - most of the inci- <br />dents were for overconsumption of alcohol. <br />None of the reports required an arrest. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order. <br /> <br />Mr. Goldberg, of 5300 Cherry Creek South, <br />Denver, Colorado advised that he and his <br />family intend the purchase Tony's Place and <br />serve mexican food at the restaurant. <br />They propose live entertainment 3 or 4 times <br />a week in the lounge with various bands from <br />the surrounding area, and was requesting <br />council's consideration of granting him a <br />liquor license. <br /> <br />Stated that the restaurant was in a resi- <br />dential area and requested Hr. Goldberg to <br />not offend his neighbors with loud music. <br />Mr. Goldberg assured council he would comply <br />with their request. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the transfer <br />of ownership to Douglas Goldberg at Tony's <br />Place be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call vote: <br />Fauson Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />
