approval of the ordinance and resulting in the 2010 ConcoPhillips Campus GDP
remaining as the governing development plan for the property.
Following the election, the applicant requested to move forward with this
proposed subdivision plat under the regulations and standards of the
ConocoPhillips Campus GDP (see attached). This GDP includes General Note
No. 5 stating any development will meet at least the 12% minimum public land
dedication in LMC Sec. 16. 16.060. The GDP also includes a development cap of
approximately 2.541 million sq. ft., a general circulation network, and a list of
permitted uses for the property.
The City approved the ConocoPhillips Campus GDP with a preliminary Planned
Unit Development (PUD) and preliminary subdivision plat in 2010. However,
while GDPs do not expire and continue to provide regulations for any future
development of the property, the PUD and plat have expired.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff is seeking PPLABs recommendation to the Planning Commission and City
Council on the final subdivision plat proposal and on the proposed trail and right
of way landscape design in the construction documents. PPLAB may
recommend approval, approval with conditions, or denial, or if additional
information is needed to review the request, may request such additional
information and continue the review to a future meeting date.
ATTACHMENTS:
1.
