Attorney Rauten- <br />straus stated the ordinance had been published <br />in full in the Louisville Times July 22, <br />1981 properly, and read the ordinance by <br />title only. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#725 - Water Bonds be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Brown. <br /> <br />Inquired of Adminstrator Wurl if there <br />would be a study session regarding the <br />repayment of the bond. <br />He advised there would be. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote: <br />Brown Yes <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Cunnnings Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstraus <br />advised staff was asking authorization for <br />publication and read the ordinance by title <br />only. <br /> <br />Inquired why the 3/4" tap fee was not in- <br />creased and noted that the 1" tap fee was <br />increased. <br />Administrator Wurl explained the 1" tap was <br />increased to equalize the amount of water <br />available, but according to the point system <br />the 3/4" tap fee did not need to be adjusted. <br /> <br />Inquired if the condomium units would each <br />have a water meter since they will be indi- <br />vidually owned. <br />Administrator Wurl they advised either way <br />was appropriate - if a master meter was <br />installed. it would be billed to the Condo- <br />minium Association. <br />
