<br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />PUBLICATION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19, SERIES 1981 <br />INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS - <br />CENCOR, INC. <br /> <br />~ouncilman Meier <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />8/4/81 <br /> <br />Page -6- <br /> <br />Inquired about the note - if the water <br />tap applicant desires a larger size tap <br />than his accumulated point total requires, <br />the fee to be charged shall be the minimum <br />fee for the size tap desired - were developers <br />request~ng this? <br />Administrator Wurl advised not at the present <br />but should this happen, they would have <br />to pay the higher fee. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #727 <br />Water Tap Point System be published. <br />Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question <br />called for. All in favor. -Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the request <br />was for Industrial Revenue Bonds for <br />Day Care Centers in the amount of $520,000. <br />He then read the resolution in its entirety. <br />and advised Council representatives of <br />Cencor Inc. were present to answer any <br />of their questions. <br /> <br />Inquired if any type criteria was being <br />developed for Industrial Revenue Bonds. <br />~ttorney Rautenstraus advised that he & staff <br />have been working on the criteria, but <br />is not finished. The Cencor people had <br />applied for the industrial revenue bonds <br />long before the question arose. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that the criteria <br />for Industrial Revenue Bonds would be ready <br />by the next time we have another one to be <br />considerE~d, possibly by the September 1, 1981 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Requested more information on the day care <br />centers - specifically areas designated for <br />the buildings, etc. He too wished to have some <br />criteria developed on industrial revenue <br />bonds. He also requested that more informa- <br />tion be given in the packets on all persons <br />applying for industrial revenue bonds. <br />
