Councilman Meier PUBLICATION RESOLUTION #19, SERIES 1981 INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS - CENCOR, INC. ~ouncilman Meier Councilman Fauson 8/4/81 Page -6- Inquired about the note - if the water tap applicant desires a larger size tap than his accumulated point total requires, the fee to be charged shall be the minimum fee for the size tap desired - were developers request~ng this? Administrator Wurl advised not at the present but should this happen, they would have to pay the higher fee. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #727 Water Tap Point System be published. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. -Motion carried 6-0. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the request was for Industrial Revenue Bonds for Day Care Centers in the amount of $520,000. He then read the resolution in its entirety. and advised Council representatives of Cencor Inc. were present to answer any of their questions. Inquired if any type criteria was being developed for Industrial Revenue Bonds. ~ttorney Rautenstraus advised that he & staff have been working on the criteria, but is not finished. The Cencor people had applied for the industrial revenue bonds long before the question arose. Administrator Wurl advised that the criteria for Industrial Revenue Bonds would be ready by the next time we have another one to be considerE~d, possibly by the September 1, 1981 meeting. Requested more information on the day care centers - specifically areas designated for the buildings, etc. He too wished to have some criteria developed on industrial revenue bonds. He also requested that more informa- tion be given in the packets on all persons applying for industrial revenue bonds.
