KANSAS
CITY, MISSOURI
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE
LES PETITE ACADEMIES

Mr. Wallerstedt advised that he was in
charge of the site locations in Louisville.
It is the plan of their company to locate
approximately 20 academies throughout Colo-
rado. At a later date when the
site is selected and they desire financing
an ordinance will be presented to Council.

Councilman Brown

Inquired what the procedure tonight would
accomplish.
Attorney Rautenstraus replied this gives the
company something to go to financial insti-
tutions with stating this is a type project
that maybe appropriate for the City of Louis-
ville.

Councilman DelPizzo

Also questioned council's action without
more information about the proj ect, i. e.
location, how many children will be involved,
what ages, etc.

Mr. Wallerstedt

Advised the package is standard, utilizing
