<br />Minutes - page 5 <br />September 2, 1980 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 695 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />Mr. Rupp noted that the Planning Com- <br />mission r1ecommended approval of the <br />zoning change, and if it is approved <br />by Council a public hearing on the <br />P.U.D. would be scheduled for <br />September 15, 1980. <br /> <br />With no other comments for or against <br />the ordinance the public hearing was <br />closed. <br /> <br />After comments Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Ordinance No. 695 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Roll call on motion. <br /> <br />AYES: Meier, Fauson, Domenico, <br />DelPizzo, Caranci, Carnival. <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Motion carried 6-0 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 696 <br />WATER TAP FEE CALCULATIONS <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of the ordinance for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read <br />the ordinance on first reading by <br />title only. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that the ordinance was <br />designed so that a single family unit <br />would be accomodated by a 3/4" tap <br />and in reviewing the process, there are <br />a higher number of water using devices, <br />but they use less water, so there were <br />adjustments made on the smaller taps, <br />but left the larger as is. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />No. 696 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 697 <br />AMENDING PAY SCHEDULES & <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of the ordinance for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Comments were made by Council concerning <br />the ordinance. <br />After discussion Councilman Domenico <br />moved that Ordinance No. 697 be tabled <br />and a work session soheduled for <br />September 11, 1980. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
