Motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 680 for their re- <br />view and files. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 680 on <br />first reading by title only. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if this re- <br />striction would cause confusion on what <br />type of glass can be brought in for a <br />picnic. <br />Mr. Stahl responded that this regulation <br />was designed to control the beer bottle <br />breakage in the parks. <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved <br />that Ordinance No. 680 be ordered pub- <br />lished. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that-=the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br />Motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the letter enclosed <br />in the packet was sent to persons who <br />are surrounded by the City. <br />He noted that staff has received several <br />calls and have some scheduled meetings. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Council requested <br />this be resubmitted for discussion. <br />He noted that the City staff recommendation <br />is to put a light in at Centennial Dr. <br />when the funds are available. <br />Mr. Wurl noted that stop signs can not <br />be put up unless certain criteria is met. <br />He stated that the City could install <br />cross walks and pedestrian crossing signs <br />up, but that would be about all until <br />
