BOULDER RD. Minutes page 3 April 1, 1980 the Mayor to sign the contracts. After comments Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution No. 13 be tabled for review of the proposed plan. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 6 - O. Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution No. 14 be tabled for review of the proposed plan. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 6 - O. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 680 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 680 on first reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo asked if this re- striction would cause confusion on what type of glass can be brought in for a picnic. Mr. Stahl responded that this regulation was designed to control the beer bottle breakage in the parks. After comments Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 680 be ordered pub- lished. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6 - O. Councilman Domenico moved that-=the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6 - O. Mr. Wurl reported that the letter enclosed in the packet was sent to persons who are surrounded by the City. He noted that staff has received several calls and have some scheduled meetings. Mr. Wurl reported that Council requested this be resubmitted for discussion. He noted that the City staff recommendation is to put a light in at Centennial Dr. when the funds are available. Mr. Wurl noted that stop signs can not be put up unless certain criteria is met. He stated that the City could install cross walks and pedestrian crossing signs up, but that would be about all until
