Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call. Dhieux abstained, <br />DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper notices <br />were made, he then read the ordinance <br />on second reading by title only. <br />There was no public hearing on the Ordinance. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#560 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Dhieux. Roll call. Dhieux abstained, DiCarlo yes <br />Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper notices <br />were made, he then read the ordinance on <br />second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Steve Anderson stated that if this ord- <br />inance is passed it will need to be en- <br />forced and may cause financial problems <br />on many people. <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he felt that this <br />ordinance may cause trouble with all the <br />old structures that are around the city. <br />There were no other comments, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that most <br />buildings are structurally sound and this <br />ordinance does not completely mean demo- <br />lition of them; however, if they are really <br />out of shape and a hazard then they should <br />be torn down. <br />
