<br />August 18, 1977 <br />Minutes - page 4 <br /> <br />DANGEROUS BUILDINGS <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci stated that if a build- <br />ing is in bad shape the only way that <br />the problem can be resolved is with an <br />ordinance as this one. <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci moved <br />that Ordinance #562 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Councilman Dhieux asked how matters like <br />this were taken care of before. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that they weren't. <br /> <br />After discussion roll call was taken. <br />DiCarlo no, DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, Dhieux abstained. Motion <br />defeated. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #563 & #564 <br />MOBILE HOME PARK & <br />STANDARDS <br />SECOND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 11563 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper <br />notices were made, he then read the ord- <br />inance on second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />stating that the two ordinances would be <br />held under one hearing. There were no <br />comments for or against. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#563 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Roll call. Dhieux abstained, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #566 <br />PERSONNEL POLICY <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper notices <br />were made, he then read the ordinance on <br />second reading by title only. <br />Attorney Joss stated that before Council <br />takes action, they should consider making <br />an amendment to the ordinance as published <br />which would include Civil Engineer 3 on the <br />pay schedule under Class 13. <br />
