Councilman <br />McDonald moved that the A & B Liquor <br />license renewal be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated thatthe ordinance deals <br />with the use of water and gives the Mayor <br />authority to ration water if necessary. <br />The ordinance was read on second reading <br />by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#551 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. It was noted that the ordinance <br />will become effective immediately upon <br />publication instead of the 30 day wait <br />after publication. Roll call on motion. <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />It was noted that this deals with the fee <br />of $500 to be attached to all dwellings <br />which are platted after June 1, 1977. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on second <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br />not in favor of it and moved that it <br />be tabled. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci no, DiLorenzo no, DiCarlo no, <br />McDonald no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci then moved that Ordinance <br />#554 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Roll call. DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo no, Domenico no, <br />DelPizzo no, McDonald no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that both ordinance <br />deal with the annexation of Louisville <br />West subdivision and the hearing could <br />be held as one. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinances on se- <br />cond reading by title only and stated all <br />required publications have been made. <br />
