<br />ANTHONY MILANO <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />David Whiting, Century 21 realtor and <br />Mr. Milano's representative stated that <br />Mr. Milano's property consists of a house <br />and approximately 5 acres of land on <br />South Boulder Road which he would like <br />to annex to the City of Louisville under <br />commercial zoning. <br />Mr. Whiting noted that the acreage .8ur- <br />rounding Mr. Milano on the east and <br />west is zoned commercial. <br />Mr. Whiting stated that the Milano pro- <br />perty is currently zoned rural residential. <br />Councilman McDonald asked for City Planner <br />Drumm's opinion on the request. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that he did not see any <br />problems and the matter should be sent <br />to the Planning Commission if the Council <br />so chooses. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if all the area <br />between the Milano property and Louisville <br />North property was owned by the Railroad <br />Co. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the narrow strip of <br />approximately 100 feet belonged to the <br />railroad, the remainder to Boulder County, <br />which consists of approximately 6 acres. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if there were any <br />water rights connected with the property. <br />Mr. Milano stated that there were 5 <br />shares of Davidson Ditch. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that Council <br />accept the request for annexation of the <br />Milano property and refer the matter to <br />Planning Commission for review. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Roll <br />call - Caranci yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WARREN WARD <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />Charles Cox of Boulder, a realtor, stated <br />that Mr. Warren Ward owned 80 acres <br />southeast of Louisville and is surrounded <br />on the west, south and east by industrial <br />zoning and on the north by agricultural <br />zoning. <br />Mr. Cox stated that Mr. Wards property is <br />on the market; however, he would like to <br />have it annexed and zoned industrial. <br />It is not undermined and does not have <br />the subsidence hazard. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
