MAYOR WASCHAK:

ALEX DOMENICO:
MR. ROBERT DAVIES:

Alex, whoever called, maybe there are some
people in the audience that had called the
City, maybe they can elaborate when they get
up to speak who they talked to - perhaps
someone. Because as Leon pointed out the
only complaints he received ever were from
you, no one else.
Cleo, let me ask you a question, had you
received any complaints in regards to Mr.
Domenico's problem?
Here reply was "just his". Did any other
person in that area call you or identify
themselves? Her reply - "no, not on that
problem - on others". We are only interest-
ed the problem of E. & F. Industries and
shaking the area where Mr. Domenico lives.
Another thing that I didn't like very well
was Mrs. DiLorenzo said that was their liveli-
hood (referring to E. & F. Industries). Well,
a man's home is his castle; and I don't under-
stand where they figure that we have to live
up there where there are about 23 retired
people; and we have to set there and feel our
house vibrate and shake and listen to that
noise all the time. We want peace and quite
up there, we don't want no noise or vibration
any time.
Do you have anything else to add at this time,
Mr. Domenico?
Not right now.
Mr. Mayor, my name is Bob Davies. I live at
1420 Front Street, two blocks to the west of
Mr. Domenico. First of all my mother and
father-in-law live one block to the west of
him. They were not able to come down tonight,
or they would have been down to complain about
the shaking and the dishes rattling in their
home. I will give them the benefit of the
doubt that the dishes that were rattling were
on the east wall. Now let's get over to my
house. I believe this gentlemen over here
(pointing out Attorney Bruce Joss) made a
statement about the foundation under Mr.
Domenico's house is sitting on a 10" solid
cement foundation, full basement. Now I'm
not in the house all the time nor am I out in
the yard so that I know that I heard and felt.
In feeling it - my chair is in the living
room, which is north of center, but it is on
the inside wall.

MAYOR WASCHAK:

MR. DOMENICO:

-10-
