PLAN <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />LETTER TO MR. DEL FORGE <br />RESIGNATION FROM LURA BOARD <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl requested that <br />Council set a public hearing date of <br />June 1, 1976, for the Mizel Rezoning. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mizel <br />Rezoning public hearing be scheduled for <br />June 1, 1976. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl requested that <br />Council set a public hearing date of <br />May 18, 1976, for Louisville North <br />Third Filing Rezoning. He stated that <br />the reason for this _date __was for <br />sufficient publication time. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Louis- <br />ville North - Third Filing public hearing <br />date be set for May 18, 1976. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl requested that Council set a <br />public hearing date of May 18, 1976, for <br />the Coal Creek Station - Filing #1 <br />Lot 1, Final P.U.D. Plan. He stated <br />that the reason for this date was for <br />sufficient publication time. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this pertained to <br />the 7-11 store. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if this included <br />the gas pumps. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl also stated that the gas pumps <br />are included in the P.U.D. Plan, but there <br />will be a specific review regarding the <br />pumps by Planning Commission. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Coal <br />Creek Station Filing #1 - Lot 1, Final <br />P.U.D. Plan public hearing be scheduled <br />for May 18, 1976. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that when the letter <br />is drafted to Mr. DelForge requesting his <br />resignation from the LURA Board that it <br />be clearly explained regarding the Board <br />member requirement to be a resident of <br />the City, as Mr. DelForge has worked very <br />hard on the Board and put forth much <br />effort for the best interest of the City. <br />Council concurred and stated that it <br />would be explained in the letter. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
