<br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #499 <br />SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE <br />1ST READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #500 <br />WATER TAP FEE INCREASE <br />1ST READING <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br />NORTH TENNIS COURTS <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that a pretrail <br />has been scheduled for April 26, 1976. <br /> <br />A copy of Ordinance #499, amending <br />Ordinance #402, regarding Sewer Tap Fee <br />Increase from $600 to $700 was distri- <br />buted to each Council member for their <br />review and records. <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #499 by <br />title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#499 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Roll call on motion. <br />DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Domenico yes, Caranci yes, McDonald abstained. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />A copy of Ordinance #500, amending Ord- <br />inance #446, regarding Water Tap Fee In- <br />crease from $1,200 minimum to $1,300 <br />minimum was distributed to each Council <br />member for their review and records. <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #500 by <br />title only. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the pub- <br />lication of Ordinance #500 be denied. <br />Motion died for lack of second. <br />Councilman Caranci then moved that Ord- <br />inance #500 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll call on motion. <br />DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Caranci yes, Domenico yes, McDonald ab- <br />stained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />With no more reporting, Councilman Domenico <br />moved that the City Attorney's report by <br />accepted and placed on file. Seconded by <br />Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that as requested by <br />Council he talked with Keith Helart in <br />regards to plans for the clean up of <br />blow sand and also a walkway to get to the <br />courts. Mr. Wurl stated that the blow <br />sand was being cleaned by the City crew <br />frequently and in speaking with Mr. Helart <br />he reported that there are no immediate <br />plans for landscaping or walkways at the <br />courts. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that it was <br />very poor planning not to have access to <br />the courts without tracking mud into them <br /> <br />-4- <br />
