CITY ATTORNEY REPORT MAYHOFFER SUIT ORDINANCE #499 SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE 1ST READING ORDINANCE #500 WATER TAP FEE INCREASE 1ST READING CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT NORTH TENNIS COURTS Attorney Morris stated that a pretrail has been scheduled for April 26, 1976. A copy of Ordinance #499, amending Ordinance #402, regarding Sewer Tap Fee Increase from $600 to $700 was distri- buted to each Council member for their review and records. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #499 by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #499 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call on motion. DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, Caranci yes, McDonald abstained. Motion carried. A copy of Ordinance #500, amending Ord- inance #446, regarding Water Tap Fee In- crease from $1,200 minimum to $1,300 minimum was distributed to each Council member for their review and records. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #500 by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the pub- lication of Ordinance #500 be denied. Motion died for lack of second. Councilman Caranci then moved that Ord- inance #500 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call on motion. DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Domenico yes, McDonald ab- stained. Motion carried. With no more reporting, Councilman Domenico moved that the City Attorney's report by accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that as requested by Council he talked with Keith Helart in regards to plans for the clean up of blow sand and also a walkway to get to the courts. Mr. Wurl stated that the blow sand was being cleaned by the City crew frequently and in speaking with Mr. Helart he reported that there are no immediate plans for landscaping or walkways at the courts. Councilman DelPizzo stated that it was very poor planning not to have access to the courts without tracking mud into them -4-
