<br />FIRST SAVINGS & INVESTMENT <br />CORPORATION - SEWER AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated to Council that the agree- <br />ment stated that should anyone tie on to <br />the sewer line they placed, they would <br />be entitled to a refund in the amount of <br />~ the cost of the line paid by the party <br />connecting. Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that the Mayor be authorized to sign the <br />agreement. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Scholl. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she <br />attended a Variance Board Meeting re- <br />garding Mike Fritts property at the <br />corner of Highway #42 and Pine St. <br />During the meeting a question was brought <br />up as to the articles he has for sale <br />on his property. A member of the Board <br />stated that he can sell the articles <br />which he had brought on to his property. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux requested that Mr. <br />Wurl follow the matter up and check to <br />see if it is legal to carryon the way <br />he is doing. Mr. Wurl is going to <br />check on the matter and report back to <br />Council. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl stated that she <br />would like to thank the City crew for <br />the nice work in decorating City Hall <br />for the holidays. <br />She also stated that Consortium minutes <br />were passed out, and that January 8, 1975 <br />was the next meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that the <br />Board of Adjustments be asked to turn <br />in a report of their meetings. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that we had received the last <br />minutes however, they did not get in the <br />folders. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo brought up about the <br />Moffitt building which is ready to fall <br />in. Mr. Wurl stated that action is being <br />taken on the matter. <br />Councilman DelPizzo also asked if there <br />was some way a new group of children <br />could work at the pool this summer. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that Mr. Helart should be <br />talked to on the subject. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he attended the <br />Community Commerce meeting regarding <br />what could be done for the City. It was <br />brought up as to making a slide show and <br />briefing of property etc., which can be <br />show to businesses or interested parties <br /> <br />-3- <br />
